# Return & Exchange Policy
All Tomorrow House Oy apparel is produced on demand through our production partners. Please review our sizing charts carefully prior to completing your order.

### 1. Sizing Exchanges (Fastest Option: 50% Off Replacement)
Because every garment is printed individually upon order, traditional size exchanges require manufacturing an entirely new item from scratch.
To save you the time, shipping costs, and post office hassle of returning the original item:
* Contact us at **mikael.haveri@gmail.com** within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the replacement size needed.
* We will issue you an exclusive **50% discount code** so you can order the replacement size immediately (standard shipping rates apply).
* You get to **keep, gift, or donate the original shirt**—no return shipping required.
*(Please note: If you choose not to use the 50% replacement offer and instead exercise a standard cancellation, you will receive a standard monetary refund once the original item is returned to our Helsinki address; the 50% discount code will not apply).*

### 2. Standard 14-Day Returns (European Union Only)
Under EU consumer protection regulations, customers residing in the European Union have the legal right to cancel and return their order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
**Return Conditions:**
* To request a return, email us at **mikael.haveri@gmail.com** within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
* Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. (Trying on a shirt to evaluate fit and sizing is permitted).
* **Return Shipping Costs:** The customer is solely responsible for arranging and paying the direct carrier shipping costs to return the package to our Helsinki address. We do not provide pre-paid return labels.
* Returns shipped without contacting us via email first, or packages sent with cash-on-delivery (COD), will not be accepted.

Once your returned package is received and inspected at our Helsinki office, a refund for the returned item and standard original delivery charges will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

### 3. Orders Outside the European Union (Global Sales)
For all orders delivered outside the European Union (including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia), **all sales are final**. We do not accept voluntary returns or cancellations once an item has entered production, except in cases of verified defects or misprints.

### 4. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
To protect the integrity of our quality process and prevent fraudulent claims, photographic reports alone are not sufficient; all reported defective goods must be physically returned for inspection:
1. Email **mikael.haveri@gmail.com** within 14 days of receipt with your order number, a description of the issue, and initial photos.
2. Mail the item back to our Helsinki office (**Tomorrow House Oy, Uutiskuja 3, 00240 Helsinki, Finland**). Please retain your postal receipt.
3. Once our team physically inspects the garment:
* **If a defect or manufacturing fault is verified:** We will immediately issue a free replacement (or full refund) **and reimburse your reasonable standard return postage costs**.
* **If no defect is found or the damage is due to unauthorized customer use/washing:** The item will not qualify as a manufacturing defect and will be processed under our standard return policy.

### 5. Unclaimed Shipments
Failing to collect a package from a carrier pickup locker or parcel point, or providing an incorrect delivery address at checkout, does not constitute an official cancellation. If an order is returned to us as unclaimed without prior email notification, any direct carrier return fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
